At Blackout Techwear, we want to ensure your tactical gear fits perfectly; therefore, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must include original tags and modular attachments to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical components and tags are securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
